Template: Leaving for Paris (6 Color Schemes)

These are very basic templates. I was futzing around with Transmogrified yesterday morning, and thought that I might as well share since layout options are still so limited. Please credit circa77 if you use so that others can easily find the templates. Comments are much appreciated. ♥

PLEASE NOTE: In order for these templates to work correctly out of the box, you need to make sure that under Customize Journal Style > Modules, the Header module is checked (Second section from the top) and "header" is selected from the drop-down menu. You're welcome to adjust the CSS code if you prefer to change this option, but I won't be providing alternate code for it.
